• Warranty claims for Telescopic cover are valid only under the following conditions.
  • Warranty claims may be submitted only within the period of twelve month or an operating time of 2400hours following commissioning. 
  • The warranty does not extend to wearing parts (i.e. Shoes, slider, rollers, damper & Z strips).The warranty claims must be submitted at the latest 12th month after delivery, i.e. the components may not be left in storage for longer than six months, and otherwise the warranty period is reduced. 
  • In the event of any downtime all circumstances during startup & the machine’s operating performance (Operating hours counter) must always be documented together with a copy of the relevant page in the logbook. 
  • The lubrication is applied to telescopic cover during operating condition.
  • After every 1200 operating hours, the machine’s function must be checked all visible defects remedied & doctors replaced. 
  • After every 3600 operating hours the Z guide strips, damper, slides & pillow blocks must be replaced.
  • Warranty not allowed for damage of telescopic cover due to manual & fall of hardware on the same.
  • Our material tests take into account normal coolant & oils. The customer is obliged to inform MRS when particularly aggressive substances are used. These substances chemical test report must then be provided to MRS for Verification purposes in the preorder request phase. The warranty voids when the customer fails to inform MRS of aggressive substances.
